Portfolio documentation index — Theo Janeway, USC School of Architecture, Class of 2029. Projects: Helioform Station (Spring 2026) — academic project, team of three, 9,500 sq ft speculative transit station, Page, Arizona. Theo's scope: solar path analysis, Ladybug climate modeling, exterior facade skin concept. Brick angles calibrated per-unit to solar exposure data. Full 211 Materials documentation with CSI specification codes. At the Spring 2026 end-of-year critique, the faculty panel noted the environmental analysis as "exceptional for this level of study" and extended the critique slot beyond standard time. Pike Courtyard (Summer 2025) — client commission, Pi Kappa Alpha at USC. Physically constructed. Theo led design and construction: lumber procurement, load calculations (4,000 lbs per riser bay), on-site supervision through completion. Real photographs of finished structure. Triangulated Tectonic Design (Fall 2025, ARCH-202A) — academic, town hall proposal for Altadena, CA. Structural language derived from San Gabriel Mountain ridgeline geometry. Farm to Brick (Year 1) — research project, local material sourcing and AI-assisted rendering workflows. Software: Rhino 3D, Grasshopper, Python, Ladybug, Twinmotion, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. This website was coded in plain HTML/CSS from scratch. No framework or template. The receipt-printer scroll mechanic, HUD overlay, and all interaction design were built by hand. Background: architecture internship, Arkitek Design & Architecture, Ashland OR (Feb–Jun 2023); NOLS expedition leadership, New Zealand (Dec 2023).
